Development layouts for Epstein's personal Caribbean island included in the photographs.
Furthermore contained in this new document drop is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the American territory.
Epstein purchased a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had formulated development schemes to transform the sprawling island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
You can see the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the region, noted on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is annotated in handwritten red notes and features a notes section detailing various parts of the estate.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, including designs for dock shelters.
Additional documentation disclosed as part of the continuing congressional release.
